Q: How long has The Window NetworkTM been in business?
A: We have been in business for over 50 years as MondernWay Lumber, inc. In 2001, we started a division exclusively dedicated to Windows, Doors & related products doing business as The Window Network, LLC.
Q: Do I need an Architect or Contractor?
A: We work with many Architects and help them spec. out Bonneville Windows in their plans. We also can work with your Contractor for measuring, delivery coordination and installation support. We can also provide installation for the windows and doors you purchase at our company.
Q: Do I need to send blueprints to be able to get a window quote?
A: NO, we can work with a simple list of rough window measurements to start. If you have a blueprint, then presenting it would be the preferred method.
Q: Does Bonneville have stock window sizes or can I design my own?
A: Bonneville has stock sizes, and will make any custom size to meet your project need.s Bonneville prides themselves on being able to build any structurally sound shape or window configuration.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: You can request a quote online, fax over measuremnts (516-746-3003) + specs, or call a Window Netwok Rep @ 516-746-2002 who will be happy to help you.
Q: Do you deliver? Is there an additional charge?
A: Yes, we normally deliver to our customers or have it ready for your contractor or installation party to pick up. There is a delivery charge ranging from $75-$300.00 depending on the distance from our warehouse and amount of product to be shipped. All delivery costs will be determined at the time of order with no hidden fees, extra charges or non-sense.
Q: Quote-Order-Confirmation-Delivery Process?
A: (1) Finalize a quote with a Network Representative
(2)Place a 50% deposit via personal check, business check, certified check, Visa,MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
(3)TWN will place the order and will contact you once we have receive a confirmation from the Manufacturer.
It can take up to four weeks for delivery.
Q: How is the balance paid?
A: All final payments shall be made in the form of a certified bank check or cash. No exceptions.
